Danner Chasing Fellin in Owner Points into Speedstr Season Finale; Colin White to make Debut

“Weather is looking beautiful and the racing will be insane!!! Whatever type of race cars you like, we have them all, going to be a great weekend of high banked 5 wide action at the Kingdom of Speed!

Friday's events remain as originally planned. This will feature the URC Sprint Cars, 602 Sportsman Underdog 20 and Street Stocks.

Saturday, we have spoken with all of the qualified drivers of the Danny Serrano 100. The consensus was let's have an action-packed day of Sprint Cars and Modifieds! The Danny Serrano 100 Memorial will take place Saturday along with a full program of URC Sprint Car action and the Precision Hydraulic and Oil 602 Sportsman 30 lap event + 4 & 8 cylinders combined. The action will begin at 3:00 pm!

Then on Sunday, we bumped up the Modified program to 50. Sunday will consist of a full program of modified qualifying and the 50 lap feature along with the 602 sportsman, Street Stocks, and twin SpeedSTR features. We will also take the green at 3:00 pm Sunday.

This is going to be a HUGE final weekend at the "Kingdom of Speed" Bridgeport Motorsports Park!”

Sunday November 8th will be the conclusion of the 2020 Speedstr season with two feature events. The 52 car and Earl Fellin continue to lead the Owner Points going into the final week with Roy Danner’s 78 and driver Briggs Danner closing the gap.

Danner will lead a star-studded field of young drivers to the high banks at Bridgeport’s final day on the new “Kingdom of Speedway”. Jared Silfee and Louden Reimert have both seen checkered flags this season. Colin White will make his Speedstr Debut in a DA Hanson car and share team space with fellow 600 Micro Sprint and USAC East Coast driver Kenny Miller III.

Veteran Racers TJ Mayberry, Ryan Godown, Trevor Kobylarz, Steve Buckwalter, Jeff Hartman, and Steve Drevicki are expected to be in action as well.

The 2021 Speedstr is now available for pre order. The new car features a sleek newly designed body, the same strong heavy-duty chassis, and an enhanced motor that will feature a dry sump system in place.
