Empire Series Utica-Rome Speedway Race rescheduled for July 30.

The Empire Series Slingshot Tour events that were postponed by weather on Friday, June 18 have been rescheduled for Friday, July 30 at Utica-Rome Speedway.

The next Empire Series race is scheduled for July 16 at Albany-Saratoga Speedway in Malta, Ny. This is the first race of the "Super National weekend" for the Empire Cars.

The Super National weekend is added to either touring points or home track points for the drivers that are chasing the World Championship.

The Empire Super National Weekend is Albany-Saratoga Speedway, Five- Mile Point Saturday, and Glen Ridge Motorsports Park on Sunday July 18.

Glen Ridge Motorsports Park is also an Empire Touring Series race.

The series will then return on July 30 at Utica-Rome Speedway for the make up race.
